Changelog: New cities Nome, Fox, Fairbanks! New company’s, ice lake’s! Alaska Improved map! lot of new details, and you can start in Atlantica and Fairbanks! (new cities and more roads are coming!) economy mod for module version only in the winrar.
Map with module = realistic time and km but not compactible with other maps.
Map with no module = no time and km realism change but compactible with other maps and you can drive on last profile.
Installation instructions:
Step 1: read this readme carefully.
Step 2: Put USA offroad alaska map v1.1 by Rob Viguurs in your documents -> American truck simulator -> mods.
Step 3: Start the game and make NEW profile!
Step 4: Activate the mod.
Step 5: Select the game MODULE ”USA offroad road” (if you don’t select the game module the map won’t work) (The game module is located in the bodum of your screen when you select your truck and name enz…)
Step 6: Play the game.
Extra!: Activate the economy mod v0.3 it is ONLY for with module!
if you use this with NO MODULE version you will get very short delivery’s but overprice. It is only suited for MODULE version.
THE ECONOMY MOD IS OPTINAL so it is not needed to run the mod map mod.

I take that back, managed to download and give it a go. Awesome map, some good fun challenges. Can’t wait to see additions to the map.

Your map is something different and as you can see, people love that.
It’s challenging and you must be really carefull as you drive along.
Despite the fact that the NO MODULE version is not compatible with other mod maps, i think i’ve mad my decision.

Thank you for playing it mate! but the no module works with other maps, look in the readme explenation, you just need to set the priority just right, because on facebook someone has 3 map mods working with my map
does anyone else get a crash when trying to get a quick job?
MODULE ”USA offroad road” is not showing up for me to choose, was gonna test it with my CB Chatter mods since they are talking about icey roads but my sim won’t let me choose a module, only California in in mines and I can’t choose it either
When you are making a new profile, in the upper left corner of the screen you’ll see a button for the mod manager. Go there and select the offroad mod, then go back to the profile creation screen and you can then select the offroad module.
Pretty cool mod! I played around in Alaska for a while and it was a lot of fun. I think some of the roads are maybe a little bit too narrow, though. Driving form Fairbanks to Nome I had taken 25% damage by the time I got about half way, because I kept hitting invisible things, or – even with the short trailer I had – couldn’t make a corner without hitting with the truck or the trailer.
…seems to be nice idea, but in all, absolutely bad map with extremely boring route…
first off there’s no Road in real life that goes to Nome second the Haul road is a two-lane road and you don’t even have the major pull such as Beaver slide, gobblers knob, Chandler, and the pass. if you need help with the map and where hills should go i have been up that road over 1,000 times I would love to help u. email me at [email protected]

pretty poorly made most trucks get to much damage from invisible walls or ground snow mud. what ever that seems to damage them even at speeds of like 6 mph some loads can not make it through most of roads due to not gripping the road service

Can you add rest stops on the roads between cities? Especially Hornbrook and Fairbanks
realy good, but it is just me having problems with the AI:s collision boxes in the narrow roads?
and no matter have i try you cant go over 40 km/h or 24 mph
Could you make roads “less” slippy in next version? So i can drive faster than 25mph with haul..

The Alaska portion is good (except for the snowy roads where two big truck cannot pass) and I enjoy that very much…..the Arizona part is horrible and terrible in every way. Random bumps that cause 40% damage? ###? and the roads are good if you have a small trailer otherwise plan on spending 30 minutes trying to get your trailer out of the ditch. Alaska 7/10 Arizona 1/10
Nice Map, but took a job to Havasu and the mud texture cause too much truck damage, keep up the good work though.
