how to install? all i get is a zip file with more folders in it.. what happen to the simple scs mod file??

Hi jazzycat, what am I doing wrong with this mod for ATS? When I have it installed in both folders Documents,and C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\American Truck Simulator\mod
I get no work and this apparent to be everywhere I need help on solving this problem. Your still the best mod maker Ever!
