Mod must have Priority in Mod Manager (Generally use by itself)
How To:
-Start a New Profile
-Before you reach your destination Save Game
-Activate Profile Boost / Jumpstart in Mod Manager
-Only Works on SKILLED PARKING (select at prompt or in settings)
-Deactivate when your satisfied with Level, Skills, and Money
-Enjoy
