Temporary fix for Military Cargo Pack by Jazzycat v1.1 for patch 1.31.x beta – added cables simulation for all trailers in pack.

Fix must have higher priority than pack.

For ATS version 1.31.x beta only!!!

This modification does not work! they are not in orders despite activation correct it, please
