Fixed a small error in a mat file by a game process that required vehicle_reflection in that mat.

The files for them are in a folder that you drop into Smarty’s Wheel Pack.
It seems I forgot to include the files for them in the mod http://sharemods.com/zy3m8jp3u2f6/Smarty_Wheel_Pack_-_for_PRIME.zip.html
