Reduced-Police-Fines

This mod reduces the penalty fines to a more realistic fine. You now have a 50% chance of getting a ticket if a police car sees you speeding.

125 # car crash
150 # avoid sleeping
95 # wrong way
80 # speeding (camera)
50 # red lights
100 # speeding
300 # avoid weighing
