Open the mod (scs file) with winrar and u will see a few folders.
Open “custom” folder and then “pplate00.dds” file with photoshop or another program that can open and edit *.dds files.
Once terminated, replace “pplate00.dds” file on mod.

How about Canadian plates. Ontario truck plates are white and black, not the white and blue ones found on cars.

For some reason, I cannot edit the license plates on the W900 when this mod is enabled. I hope next version will allow this.
W900 is not included for the moment.
