Frosty is a weather and graphics mod so other weather, HDR and environmental graphics mods should be disabled.
Frosty should be placed on top in Mod Manager.

this mod don’t work at all ground is red and the sky is as well.
Will this work for 1.34.0.5? If not will you update it please. It’s time for some winter weather in my ATS. LOL Thanks.
