– 2 Versions: Adjusted the sound volume independently
Both files are same, just “Increased” version has the sounds volume effects increased a bit :)
* Works with ATS 1.34 – 1.35 (DX9 & DX11)
Heavy Rain modify values from “game_data.sii” file:
interior_sound_volume: 0.32
interior_sound_pitch: 0.85
You can modify these values as you like
HOW TO INSTALL:
IMPORTANT!!!! Put Heavy Rain in your mod Folder and ACTIVATE IT AS HIGHT PRIORITY!! (Top)

Also, terrible idea to mix the interior volume in the mod. You are modifying all exterior sounds to cabin, not just the rain ones.
You can modify this values without problem, is a simple “txt” file.
The original rain SCS effects are already great, i just dont get why people keep trying to make “better” rain.

I think we are not playing the same game, to me the effects and the sound seems very improvable, but it has an easy solution, do not download it ;)
