Disclaimer: I’ve only tested this locally with multiple profiles, and all attempts worked on my system.
Extract the file.

Go to Documents on your PC.

Open the American Truck simulator folder.

Open the profiles folder.

Open the profile you want to use it on.

Open the academy folder.

Replace “academy_book_states.sii” with the new one. (It’s recommended to create a backup of the original “academy_book_states.sii” in case it doesn’t work.)
