Enhancements for Kenworth w990 by Harven (Frank Peru).

Includes the following:
– PIVA’s OBC compass (8-wind points, originally published for t680 – modified by EY)
– larger DNR display for easier reading
– Frank Peru’s flying-dragon hood ornament (“deflector”)
– increased lean out and in-cabin views via mouse (inspired by SystemSoldier X). (Harven provides a great key-assigned lean out the view.)
– changed engine-brake icon color from green to orange.
