Added sound for emergency vehicles with beacon lights on (not a siren)
Fixed some minor bugs

Added addon with doubles in traffic. Addon works with main mod only

will this package have small amounts of doubles and triples on the road? I had a package that installed doubles and triples before and had to remove it since there were too many double and triple trailers on the road.
