Frosty should be given a HIGH priority in Mod Manager.

It seem that there is an issue for some with the download link, For some it works first time no problem, for others apparently if you try it several times eventually it works, weird. I have reported it and asked this website to add an alternative link,
yea, i saw, i tryed to download on my laptop and it dint worked at all …. say: NO FILE! …..than i try on my computer and it works from the 1st time!

Why does this come up every time a snow mod comes up for ATS? Lol, you obviously have no clue as to the weather in Cali and Arizona.
