I would have to agree.
I used Alabeo’s pack and when I deactivated it completely messed up my quick job trucks.
I don’t know what to do to make it back to normal, will probably have to delete a few saves and lose progress, and for what?
Wise advise Mike, but it’s too late for me.

I think Truck pack mod is good because it solves the compatibility issues between single truck mods, also eliminates the mod load order, fixes some errors, add trucks to quick job and completly polish and balance the trucks (leves requirments/price/etc.).
The only bad thing i see is that you wont get new/updated trucks as fast, because you will have to wait for the new pack. btw any proof about “breaking your save game” ?

Alabeo, modpacks always a problem

1. You don’t have permission of any mod author, adding credits doesn’t mean anything. You are sharing something not belongs to you.

2. You -mod packers- don’t make something free, you’re just a leecher who collects mods and packs it. Mods arealready free and converted from other games. YOU HAVE NO ROLE HERE.

3. LOL LOL LOL LOL, programming? You funny child. All you do is extract all the truck mods to a folder then zip it. It’s just a copy/paste think.

I’M SAYING THAT AGAIN YOU ALL:

DON’T DOWNLOAD MOD PACKS WHICH INCLUDES SEVERAL TRUCKS. THEY WILL BRAKE YOUR SAVE GAME, SO YOU’LL LOST YOUR PROGRESS.

DON’T SUPPORT THOSE LEECHERS! RESPECT THE ORIGINAL MOD AUTHORS.

Yeah, and end up with one truck that is incompatible with 90 of other ones just because author didn’t bother to fix it.

If you properly credit authors like I did mod packs are fine. Basically you have no idea how much programming from my side went into packs.

People get everything for free and moan.
