You can actually modify the wind and road noise volume in the developer console. I just forgot to put it in the description here. Here is the syntax:

Wind noise volume: s_air_noise (insert decimal value between 0 to 1 here)
Road noise volume: s_wheel_noise (insert decimal value between 0 to 1 here)

1 is default.

Excellent sound mod with the exception of wind and road noise. They would be fine if driving with the windows down or in old trucks but as a truck driver I have to say modern trucks don’t have anywhere near this level of noise. You hear the growl of the engine, some whining from the transmission and rear axles and maybe just a tiny bit of hum from the tires. There is a little wind noise but most of it is barely noticeable over the mechanical drive train sounds. In this version at high speed the wind noise overpowers the engine sounds which is a realism deal breaker for me. It’s still amazing the amount of detailed sounds put into it and I highly recommend it even though I won’t be using it for now.

In reply to FabiAoniem. Not on the ATS Steam Workshop. In the future I will put it on the Steam Workshop but not anytime soon. You can download the ETS2 one on the ETS2 Steam Workshop though.
