I did a little research on the problem. If you have used the update but don’t have a save file on the profile you are using(I SEPERATE ALL MINE INTO SEPERATE PROFILES) and use the workshop file even with the mod not on the mod files,it will use the referance to the saved truck file. If you use another mod file to change the truck used and drop the update mod file from the mod files it will revert to the workshop model cause it has no referance to the update file. I guess its a fluke windows memory item that rarely shows up. This may save problems in the future.

I thought I was using the Workshop version. I will double check that, thanks for the heads up.

My mod for the 3XX contains a 4 axle flatbed trailer. There is no way to automatically change the cargo on the truck, ATS does not support cargoes on trucks, only trailers.
