The .exe has nothing to do with the mod itself. If you look below the download button you’d see that if you unchecked next to where it says “Download Using Our Secure Download Manager” you’d get the file in .scs format, not .exe but since you didn’t uncheck it, they’re forcing you to download it through their “secure” download manager.
