Thanks guys. I remember there was a snow free road mod. Who and where escaped me as I had to delete that one I had from Grimes. It wasn’t compatible with one of the new ATS updates at the time.

Grimes official page has addons for this mod to give you clean (snow free) roads, if that’s what you prefer.

Go to grimes official website https://grimesmods.wordpress.com/ and you can download the clean roads addon for the mod to remove the snow from the road.
