Decreases weighstation frequency so you only have to pull in 25% of the time.
I initially made a 0% version for myself but I later expanded the options to give players a better control of a pretty time-intensive feature. Ranging from being disabled to having to pull in 100% of the time.
Default ATS setting is 60%.

14 real American engines and 4 gearboxes built for a job instead of a
spec sheet — Cummins N14, CAT 1693, CAT C15 6NZ, CAT 3408 V8, Mack E9
V8, PACCAR MX-13, Detroit Diesel 8V92 two-stroke and the Scania DC16 V8.
Fits all 18 stock trucks.

Every figure came out of the game’s own files or the manufacturer’s data
sheet. The build refuses to pack an engine whose torque curve does not
match its own badge.

Four gearboxes, one per kind of work: Light, Freight, Heavy Haul and
Oversize. Geared for 120 km/h instead of the stock 65 mph, and the pack
opens the speed limiter so you can use it.

The dealer card finally tells you what the game never has: what cargo
the engine is for, and what rpm it will turn at 75 mph.

Sounds included — nothing depends on a second mod.

3. Enable them in the Mod Manager and drag the pack ABOVE any other
engine or sound mod, or theirs will win.

4. New engines and gearboxes appear at the truck dealer and in the
truck configurator at any service station.

Express_Engines_ATS_Stats.scs is optional. ATS scores every truck in
five vocations and its stock scale stops at the biggest engine the game
ships, so with this pack installed the bars would peg and stop telling
you anything. This widens them. It also rescales stock engines — that is
why you can leave it out.

HEADS UP — MIRROR FOV MODS. The pack carries its own def/game_data.sii
to open the speed limiter, and that file also holds the mirror field-of-
view values. If you run a mirror FOV mod, delete def/game_data.sii from
inside Express_Engines_ATS.scs and turn the truck speed limiter off in
Options > Gameplay instead. Same result, no conflict.

Requires ATS 1.59, 1.60 or 1.61. Works on every stock truck except the
electric Volvo VNR-E.

This mod completely redesigns the American Truck Simulator economy to match real commercial trucking conditions in the United States. Every system has been rebuilt from the ground up: job income, operating costs, police fines, vehicle damage, maintenance, and the used truck market.

This is a fully reworked version of the original Pardubak’s Economy Mod. All values are based on real 2026 U.S. trucking conditions.
The mod accounts for the game engine issue where revenue_per_km_base is ignored and the game always uses the internal constant 15. All income calculations are designed around this limitation.
Job rewards, long-term wear, insurance deductibles, maintenance costs, AI driver behavior, and company financial stability have been redesigned.
Bank loans follow real U.S. commercial financing. Police fines follow CDL regulations. Damage values follow real service statistics. Used truck prices follow real American dealer markets.

Job income is recalculated using multipliers to match American freight rates. Operating costs include fuel, maintenance, wear, insurance deductibles, fines, and accident expenses.

Service prices reflect real American repair costs. Fixed prices cover diagnostics and basic work. Accessory repairs are priced separately. Truck repairs are more expensive than trailer repairs. Permanent damage cannot be removed.

The used truck market refreshes at realistic intervals. Each truck has its own mileage, wear, and permanent damage. Pricing reflects real American dealer behavior. Condition directly affects price.

*My first mod ever so please be patient*
This mod captures 50+ real traffic safety messages seen throughout North America. I can take little to no credit for these since most originated from cheeky DOT workers (or whoever programs the signs). If any of you comedians are out there: Thanks for making safety fun!
Most of these messages are pulled from real signs. They maintain standard highway decorum so while sometimes chirpy and informal there is NO restricted content.
That said, I am a 23 year fire guy so I’ll put in the occasional fire safety message. You are at home after all so help keep those fire trucks where they belong: In their bays.
