If you extract the—————————————————– ATS 1.3.xx.7z you get a map which has a lot of cyrillic letters first and ends with ATS 1.3.xx.
Open the map and you see a file called “wheels for ATSI.scs” which you put in your modmanager.
Thats it have fun.
